Data Integration, Data Consistency, and Single Sign-On

Posted by StarChapter on Nov. 3, 2016  /  System & Network Administrator Days  /   0

The NH CTO Council is holding a workshop for K-12 network and system administrators on November 3rd from 9am to 2pm.

The primary topic will be data integration, user account management and automation of these tasks. Most schools have to maintain large user databases and many are integrating things like Active Directory, Google Apps, and Office 365 to create a Single Sign user environment. We will discuss, compare and contrast how schools are accomplishing this goal and streamlining these processes.

There will also be time for an open forum & networking. Please feel free to bring any topics, questions, concerns, or projects your working on or thinking about as well. There are not many opportunities for technical K12 staff to collaborate, and the NH CTO Council wants to change this. The goal of this event is to get high level tech support staff (system administrators, network administrators, or jack of all trades) together to share, network and collaborate.
